Sweet Corn

We processes 4 dozen ears of corn yesterday-and bagged it and stuck it in the freezer. Lots of corn- but in January we are really happy to have the good taste of Minnesota sweetcorn!

Big Fish

Our little fishing trip ended with Dylan Greenwood landing a 33" (7.5 LB) Northern Pike with the final help of the netman Joseph Greenwood. While this picture is clearly not either of the boys its a fair representation of the big fish! Great Job Boys! I looked up the age and this guy was about 13 years old-we did release him and its really makes me want to bring the camera next time!
