Congrats!
Congrats to the mostly Bemidji based curling team! I got to see a little bit of their match at work on Friday, and then I saw some of the recap coverage last night on TV for their bronze medal. They and their families looked so happy and excited. And I know that Katie and several others got to play with them as well. That's so cool!

Here is a little side light...we just got home 10:30 PM Saturday night. We have been at our curling club since 4:00 Friday afternoon. The big event was the Bemidji Junior Curling Bonspiel with 25 competiting teams. I am so proud :) to report that Katie & her team took first place for the second year in a row!! Katie can play one more year in Juniors if she chooses, but she told us tonight that she is going to Vancover in 2010!
I guess we will be going, too!

I'm assuming Vancouver is where the next olympics are. Congrats Katie!
