As you may know, I'm down a wing. So I'm interested in hearing from all y'all* who have had a cast. What did you break? And what tips or tricks do you have to offer for living with the dang thing?
*Since I know most of you are yankees, a brief lesson on southern language: Y'all is singular. All y'all is the plural of y'all.

Sorry to hear about the bum arm. I hope we didn't expect too much out of you when you were helping us move!
As for advice, keep a cut-off wire clothes hanger handy to scratch the unreachable itch and remember to bag it well when showering. Wet cast=stinky cast.
The Unreachable Itch should be the name of a band!
